Practice based activities
We recognise that learning doesn’t end at the completion of an e-learning programme or the conclusion of a classroom session.  Our complete blended learning programmes also include work-based tasks – adaptable to meet local conditions and support learners in different roles. These ‘springboard exercises’ support learners and their line managers in consolidating the learning through on-the-job activities and provide a focus for on-the-job coaching conversations.
Springboard activities can be created to map to specific competences within the organisation, thereby providing a mechanism for monitoring and assessing work-based competence following participation in a learning and development programme.
