All of our e-learning programmes are delivered to SCORM/AICC compliant standards. We have worked with most proprietary Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integrated our programmes into LMS.

Our programmes are created using small standalone learning objects (a requirement of SCORM compliance) where the creation of such learning ‘nuggets’ does not compromise the overall effectiveness of the learning design. This enables sections to be re-used and incorporated into different programmes, or for access by different audiences – such as external clients and/or suppliers.

When the learning design and ‘flow’ of a learning journey requires a number of different components to be created in a logical sequence (for example, within an induction programme) we often create non-linear access routes – i.e. giving learners the opportunity to devise their own learning routes, ‘cherry-pick’ those sections of most immediate relevance, and record their partial completion of different sections of an overall programme. This design methodology also creates smaller learning sequences which can then be ‘unplugged’ from the source programme and re-used independently of the defined learning journey.
