As a learning design agency which delivers complete blended solutions, we frequently develop face to face materials for delivery to a consistent standard by local subject matter experts. To support that consistency and to enable appropriate levels of localisation, we offer “train the trainer” sessions for local and regional staff who will support the programme’s implementation. Typically these sessions will focus on facilitation skills and how to make the transition from ‘expert’ presenter to facilitator of exercises and activity based learning experiences. Where required and to support effective modelling of the kinds of skills we anticipate facilitators using, we will team train the programme with a pilot group to enable trainers to work and live with the materials, alongside us.
